Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made from Unlimited Lights LLC through https://www.unlimitedlights.com. It explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and handled if a shipment is delayed, damaged, or returned to sender.

Shipping carriers and delivery methods

Unlimited Lights ships most orders by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or freight carrier depending on the product size, weight, destination, and service selected. Some larger fixtures, battery units, pallets, or bulk orders may require freight delivery.

We do not recommend shipping to P.O. Boxes because many commercial lighting products require a physical delivery address. If a carrier cannot deliver to the address provided, we may contact you for a corrected address before shipment.

Processing times and tracking

Processing times vary by product availability, order volume, customization, and payment approval. Items marked as fast-ship or in stock are intended to leave quickly, but shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we confirm a guaranteed service in writing.

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used on the order. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

Expedited and freight shipping

Expedited shipping may be available at checkout or by request. Expedited service speeds up carrier transit time but does not always reduce product processing, production, inspection, or freight scheduling time.

Freight deliveries may require a receiving dock, forklift, liftgate, appointment, or authorized receiver. Extra carrier fees caused by missed appointments, address corrections, limited access, inside delivery, storage, or redelivery may be the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping costs, taxes, and duties

Shipping charges are calculated based on the selected service, destination, product mix, and carrier rates. Any taxes, customs charges, import duties, brokerage fees, or destination fees that apply to a shipment are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise in writing.

Address accuracy

Please review the shipping address before placing an order. Unlimited Lights is not responsible for delays, additional freight charges, or lost packages caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at sales@unlimitedlights.com. Include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

Do not discard product packaging until the claim is resolved. Carriers may require packaging photos or inspection before approving a damage claim.

Lost or delayed shipments

Carrier delays can occur because of weather, service interruptions, address issues, seasonal volume, or freight scheduling. We will help investigate delayed or lost shipments, but carrier transit times and claim timelines are outside of our direct control.

Special shipping requests

For project deadlines, freight instructions, split shipments, or special handling, contact us before placing the order or as soon as possible after purchase. We will do our best to support the request, but special handling may affect cost or timing.
