This California Privacy Notice supplements the Unlimited Lights Privacy Policy and applies to California residents. It describes our practices under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended ("CCPA"). Terms defined by the CCPA have the same meaning here.
Notice at collection
Depending on how you interact with our store, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

We collect this information directly from you; automatically through the store; from Shopify and its service providers; from payment, fraud-prevention, fulfillment, and shipping providers; and from other sources you direct us to use. We retain each category only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Google Analytics
Our merchant-managed GA4 implementation is limited to aggregate visits on approved public storefront routes. It uses a constant site URL and title and does not send actual page paths, referrers, product, cart, checkout, order, form, or customer information. It may collect session and device metadata and approximate U.S. state and city. GA4 uses session-only analytics cookies, and its user and event retention is set to two months. Advertising features, Google Signals, user-provided data, and enhanced measurement are disabled.
Disclosure, sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We disclose personal information to Shopify and providers that support payment, security, analytics, customer service, fulfillment, shipping, professional services, and legal compliance. We may also disclose information in a business transaction, when required by law, at your direction, or with your consent.
Unlimited Lights does not sell personal information for money and does not currently run merchant-managed advertising pixels or remarketing campaigns. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled. Shopify may use information from your interactions with this store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide enhanced services. Depending on California law, that cross-merchant processing may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising even though Unlimited Lights does not run advertising pixels. You may opt out through Your Privacy Choices or by using a recognized Global Privacy Control signal.
We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We use sensitive personal information only for purposes permitted without a right to limit under the CCPA, such as payment, account access, security, fraud prevention, fulfillment, and legal compliance.
Your California privacy rights
Subject to applicable exceptions and verification, California residents may request to know or access personal information, delete personal information, correct inaccurate personal information, obtain information about categories of disclosures, opt out of sale or sharing, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
To submit an access, correction, or deletion request, email sales@unlimitedlights.com or call 1-888-959-1965. To opt out of sale or sharing, use Your Privacy Choices. We may need to verify your identity. An authorized agent may submit a request when they provide proof of authority and we can verify the request as required by law.
