Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Unlimited Lights LLC through https://www.unlimitedlights.com. Please review this policy before requesting a return, exchange, cancellation, or refund.
Return window
Customers may request a return for eligible, unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be approved by Unlimited Lights before they are shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Return authorization required
Before sending anything back, email sales@unlimitedlights.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. If the item is eligible, we will provide return instructions and a Return Goods Authorization, sometimes called an RGA or RMA.
Eligible return condition
Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in original packaging. Products returned in opened, damaged, marked, missing, or altered packaging may be refused or may receive a reduced refund after inspection.
Restocking fee
Approved returns may be subject to a 40% restocking fee. The final refund amount is determined after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer?s responsibility unless Unlimited Lights shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged and the claim is approved under this policy. If return shipping is approved by Unlimited Lights, we will provide instructions before the item is sent back.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Non-returnable items
The following items are generally final sale and not eligible for return unless defective or otherwise required by law:
- Custom, configured, modified, or made-to-order products
- Special-order fixtures, batteries, inverters, emergency lighting assemblies, and project-specific items
- Tritium, photoluminescent, hazardous-location, code-specific, or jurisdiction-specific products
- Installed, used, opened, damaged, incomplete, or altered products
- Products returned after the 30-day return window
Order cancellations
To request cancellation, email us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders can only be cancelled before they ship, enter production, or become committed to a special-order process. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process if eligible.
Refund timing and method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received, inspected, and approved. Processing times vary by payment provider, card issuer, and bank. Shipping charges, expedited fees, freight charges, customs charges, and other service fees may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
Exchanges
For replacement products, contact us before returning the original item. In many cases, the fastest way to get the correct item is to place a new order after the return is approved.
