Sunpark Ballast SL15T - This ballast runs 2, F32T8, F25T12, F34T12, F20T12, F30T12, F40T12, PL-T32W and F40BX/2G11 plus others at 120v.

Replaces SL15 and SL15CW ballasts.

Dimensions: 6.0in L x 1.78in W x 1.08in H. Mounting Center: 5.75in.      

NOTE: This ballast now has 6 wires (2 Red, 2 Blue, 2 Yellow) instead of 7 wire leads.
