RETURNS POLICY
Customers returning unopened items within 30 days of the delivery of the product(s) may claim a refund minus a restocking fee. Unlimited Lights LLC will not accept returns of products arriving in opened or damaged containers or for damaged items. All returns must be preapproved with a Return Goods Authorization (RMA) number. Shipping fee for the return will only be prepaid if the customer received a wrong item or a damaged product.
The refund amount is determined by deducting a 30% restocking fee from the total amount of the goods sold. It will also be determined after the inspection of the returned items. We advise customers to inspect their merchandise before accepting the delivery. Unlimited Lights LLC reserves the right to retain all sales of our products final and there is no provision for return past 30 days. All damage claims must be claimed within the first 72 hours of receiving the shipment.
Orders containing custom manufactured goods are considered final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges provided the goods are not defective. The list of custom manufactured goods include custom-worded exit lights, specified grade lights and exit signs, inverters, heavy-duty battery packs, and all other thermoplastic items which are manufactured according to the specifications of the customer.
Customers will receive refunds in approximately four weeks of delivering packages to the shipper. Please note the time period to process a refund may vary based on processing time.
Items cannot be returned by someone who did not place the order, only the person originally placing the order. The customer may request a return by emailing sales@unlimitedlights.com Our company will provide the customer with a Return Goods Authorization (RMA) number and an address to where the returned products should be sent. We will then notify the customer via email regarding the refund once our company has received and processed the returned item.
All ‘made to order’ signs are non-refundable (all tritium signs and most hazard location signs).
SHIPPING POLICY
Unlimited Lights LLC ships to most locations nationwide. However, certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions or prohibited from delivery to specific international destinations.
Shipping Carriers
We ship all domestic and international orders via FedEx or UPS. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and are subject to carrier availability in your area. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address when placing your order.

Order Processing & Tracking
Shipping and delivery dates are estimated based on product availability and the selected shipping method. Depending on your chosen shipping provider, estimated dates may be shown at checkout.
Most orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate on the carrier’s website. During this time, no changes can be made to the shipping address or order.
2-Day Shipping Policy
Selecting 2-Day Shipping means your package will arrive two business days after your order has been processed and verified.
Most orders are reviewed and processed the next business day, provided no additional information is needed. If your order requires clarification (e.g., address issues, product questions, or payment verification), shipping may be delayed. We will notify you promptly if any issues arise that impact your shipment timeline.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of each product. These details are available on the respective product page. To align with carrier requirements, weight is rounded up to the nearest whole pound.
Multiple Shipments
To provide faster service, orders may ship from multiple warehouses or directly from our suppliers. This may result in items arriving in separate packages.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Unlimited Lights is no longer responsible for the package. Please ensure the delivery location is secure. If you are concerned about theft or delivery accuracy, consider selecting a signature-required option or shipping to a business address.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please have the carrier note the damage at the time of delivery. Email clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to sales@unlimitedlights.com within 48 hours so we can initiate a damage claim and arrange a replacement if applicable.
Substitutions (if applicable)
In rare situations where a product is out of stock or discontinued, we may offer a substitute item of equal or greater value. You will be notified of any substitutions before shipment.
Billing & Payment
Orders are charged at the time of purchase. Estimated shipping dates will be included in your order confirmation email. If you have not received a shipping notification within the estimated timeframe, please contact customer service for an update.
